About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects within the financial services sector in Doha. The role combines project leadership with business analysis to ensure solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, scope and budget.
- Conduct business analysis to gather requirements, define scope, and support solution design.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including IT, strategy and operations to align objectives and mitigate risks.
- Maintain stakeholder alignment, monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of financial services operations and systems.
- Proven business analysis capabilities, including documentation, stakeholder engagement and process mapping.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
