Project Manager – Measurement Solutions & Systems

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the execution and delivery of Measurement Solutions & Systems projects across the Middle East & Africa, ensuring compliance with Emerson standards and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from order booking through close‑out, coordinating with sales, operations, customers, local partners and the Center of Excellence.
• Manage technical and commercial communications, monitor budgets, forecasts and financial performance, and maintain project schedules.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor selection, evaluate engineering deliverables, and coordinate customer inspections, FAT activities and acceptance milestones.
• Support commissioning teams during pre‑commissioning and site activities and ensure compliance with trade, quality and HSE requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8‑10 years of project engineering or project management experience, preferably in oil & gas or process automation.
• Strong knowledge of metering systems, provers, gas & liquid analyzers, sampling systems and gas chromatographs.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and ability to work with multicultural teams.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and ERP/business systems.
