About the role
An urgent hiring for a Project Manager/Project Engineer specialized in civil works. The role requires a proven track record in managing large‑scale fit‑out, vinyl flooring, ceiling, tile, and other civil finishing projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate large‑scale construction and fit‑out projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee civil finishing activities including vinyl flooring, ceilings, tiles, and related works.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience managing large‑scale civil and fit‑out projects.
- UPDA certification (A or B grade) is mandatory.
Required skills
- Project management in construction.
- Civil finishing techniques (vinyl flooring, ceiling installation, tiling).
