Project Specialist - Healthcare

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Project Specialist for its healthcare practice in Doha. The role supports the Executive Director of Quality, Patient Safety & Innovation and coordinates ongoing projects across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop management communications and presentations.
• Coordinate process improvement activities across the organisation as instructed by line management.
• Provide efficient administrative and office management support to the Executive Director of Quality, Patient Safety & Innovation, ensuring work is completed within the agreed timescale.
• Support the project manager in coordinating between departments so that ongoing projects make progress.
• Undertake any other duties directed by management.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality for sensitive information.

Required profile

• Master's degree in business, management or a related field relevant to the role.
• Minimum of 7 years of overall experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Advanced project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
