PTW Holder (English & Chinese) – Offshore Platform in Qatar

About the role

We are seeking a Permit to Work (PTW) Holder who is fluent in English and Chinese to join our offshore platform operations in Qatar. The role involves ensuring full compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) procedures while supervising daily maintenance, modification and construction activities on board.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the PTW holder, guaranteeing that all work is carried out under the required permits and HSE standards.
• Supervise offshore worksite activities and coordinate daily operations between engineering, safety and project teams.
• Monitor workforce performance and ensure safe execution of maintenance, modification and construction tasks.
• Maintain workflow efficiency by interfacing with operations, safety and project stakeholders.
• Enforce strict adherence to company and client safety standards throughout the rotation period.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BEng).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in offshore or industrial environments.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with HSK 4 level or higher.
• Physically fit to work on a rotating offshore schedule (60 days offshore, 7 days on‑shore).
• Ability to work efficiently under heavy workload and high‑pressure conditions.
