Quality Control Manager

About the role

The Quality Control Manager ensures data integrity, sales performance, trainer effectiveness, and facility standards across all MTM Group wellness locations in Qatar. The role blends risk management, compliance oversight, and actionable improvement recommendations for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ongoing quality checks on ERP data, cross‑checking records with on‑site conditions and produce monthly data quality reports.
• Review monthly sales revenue, identify trends and gaps, and recommend concrete improvement measures to sales leadership.
• Observe personal trainers, assess teaching delivery against defined standards, and issue improvement plans or suspend trainers when safety risks are identified.
• Oversee facility conditions, equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinating corrective actions with facility managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Sports Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, operations audit or multi‑site management within fitness, wellness or hospitality.
• Certification in quality management or auditing (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor).
