About the role

Join Raffles Doha as a Raffles Ambassador, the gracious first point of contact for guests, delivering highly personalised arrival and departure experiences that reflect the timeless elegance of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, managing check‑in, check‑out, room assignments, billing and cashiering accurately.
• Anticipate guest preferences, maintain detailed profiles, and coordinate with Butler Service, Concierge, Housekeeping and Guest Relations to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries and concerns with empathy, resolve issues promptly, and support VIP arrivals and special occasions.
• Promote loyalty programmes, hotel services and local experiences confidently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations or luxury hospitality.
• Polished interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, discreet presence.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability and calm problem‑solving approach.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems.
