About the role

REACH World is seeking a results‑driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join its Doha office. You will promote international real‑estate investment opportunities, understand client investment needs, build lasting relationships, and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to deal closure.
• Apply knowledge of immigration to tailor investment solutions for clients.
• Present and promote international real‑estate investment opportunities.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship‑building.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and referral partners.
• Conduct negotiations and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with clients via calls, meetings, and follow‑ups.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for a seamless client experience.
• Stay informed about market trends, investment opportunities, and industry developments.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in real‑estate or property investment.
• Familiarity with the immigration field is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong ability to generate business through personal networks and referrals.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
