About the role
Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Reception Manager to lead the front‑of‑house operations for its GAIA concept in Doha. The role involves overseeing a high‑volume dining environment and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily reception and floor operations during peak service periods.
- Lead and coordinate a large, diverse team to maintain service standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in fine‑dining environments.
- Strong background managing high‑volume operations in the Middle East.
Required skills
- Leadership and communication abilities.
- Guest service expertise.
