About the role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for construction‑related positions in Doha. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for both technical and non‑technical roles.
Key responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial assessments and interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases, ensuring timely communication and follow‑up.
- Prepare recruitment reports, manage document collection and pre‑employment requirements, and ensure vacancies are closed according to project timelines.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the Qatar construction sector.
- Arabic speaker – mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar recruitment market and local candidate pool.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
