Recruitment Officer – FM & Engineering Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Officer to lead the hiring of Facilities Management and Engineering talent. The successful candidate will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers and build a strong pipeline of technical professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for FM and engineering positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, professional networks and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and coordinate assessment processes.
• Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Coordinate offer management, reference checks and onboarding activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and produce regular hiring reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for Facilities Management and Engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ATS and HR systems is preferred.
