About the role
KIMS Holding Company B.S.C (C), a leading healthcare provider in Qatar, is looking for a Registered General Nurse for its KIMSHEALTH Medical Center in Barwa, Doha. The position is full-time and on-site, with a 2-year contract.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs and assisting with procedures
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to nursing standards and protocols, and take part in quality improvement initiatives
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment and protect patient privacy
- Keep improving knowledge and skills through professional development
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Valid nursing license in Qatar
- At least 3 years of experience as a Registered General Nurse
- Fluency in English, written and spoken

- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
