Registered Nurse – On‑site Healthcare Support

About the role

The Registered Nurse will work full‑time on‑site in Doha, providing safe, high‑quality nursing care to employees, guests, and workers at company locations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments, monitor vital signs and administer medications and treatments according to medical protocols.
• Manage basic emergency response, coordinate referrals to medical facilities, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support occupational health and safety initiatives, promote infection control and hygiene practices, and educate staff on preventive healthcare.
• Collaborate with management and external healthcare providers to ensure compliance with local health regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Qatar or eligibility to obtain local registration, with a recognized nursing diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Clinical nursing experience in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care and basic emergency response.
• Knowledge of infection control, occupational health and workplace safety in industrial, hospitality or facilities environments.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work with diverse, multilingual teams and maintain confidentiality.
