Relationship Manager – Global Network Banking (Qatari National)

About the role

HSBC is looking for an ambitious Relationship Manager to join its Global Network Banking team in Qatar. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international corporate customers, driving sustainable revenue growth and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the portfolio, leveraging HSBC’s global network.
• Drive revenue growth through a needs‑based approach and proactive client engagement.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product Development, Risk & Compliance to deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct credit risk assessments and customer due‑diligence reviews to manage financial crime risk.
• Monitor operational risk, adhere to HSBC policies, and report any breaches.
• Support new‑to‑bank acquisition as a key performance metric.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or Associate Relationship Manager serving international subsidiaries or multinational corporations in Qatar.
• Strong credit and financial analytical capabilities.
• Ability to assess and mitigate financial crime risk throughout the client lifecycle.
