Reservation Coordinator – Water Sports & Retail

About the role

Join Discover Qatar as a Reservation Coordinator, supporting water‑sport activities and retail sales at the FKB property. You will ensure smooth booking processes, provide excellent customer service, and help promote Qatar as a premium tourism destination.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries via face‑to‑face, phone and email in a professional manner.
• Organise and communicate lesson schedules to the team.
• Confirm bookings within 24 hours and record them in the VIBE reservation system.
• Collect payments, verify them and forward records to the finance team daily.
• Monitor retail inventory and assist with monthly reporting and orders.
• Maintain product knowledge to advise customers accurately.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Perform additional department duties as required.

Required profile

• Fluent command of English.
• Technical knowledge of kitesurfing.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience using a reservations system.
