Residence Lounge Assistant Manager

About the role

The Residence Lounge Assistant Manager supports the Residences Butler Team and leads the Lounge staff to deliver personalized, high‑end service for residents and guests at Rosewood Doha.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong guest relationships, providing preferences to the Butler team.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and log communications.
• Lead the Residences Lounge team, conduct performance evaluations, coaching and scheduling.
• Plan, coordinate and execute weekly and monthly resident events, maintaining a shared calendar.
• Create and update SOPs, train staff on standards, and ensure health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Assist the Residences Manager in their absence and act as coordinator for the Butler team when needed.

Required profile

• Strong and effective communication with all departments.
• Leadership ability to guide, motivate and develop the Lounge team.
• Attention to detail in service delivery and event coordination.
