About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a reputed restaurant group in Doha, Qatar. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and driving business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the restaurant team with excellent communication and leadership.
- Oversee restaurant operations, customer service, and quality standards.
- Train, coach, and manage staff performance.
- Prepare operational and sales reports using MS Excel.
- Handle food costing, inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
- Control expenses and achieve business targets.
Required profile
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- 7‑10 years of restaurant operations experience, including at least 2 years as a General Manager.
- Professional, well‑groomed appearance and age below 40.
