Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service operations in West Bay, Doha. You will ensure high standards of service, sanitation, and financial performance while leading a diverse team during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, bar and room‑service activities, stepping in on the floor when needed.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards in all food‑and‑beverage areas.
• Review staffing levels to meet guest service goals and financial targets.
• Lead, coach and mentor the F&B team, fostering a collaborative and trustworthy environment.
• Ensure compliance with all food‑handling, sanitation, and local liquor regulations.
• Assist with menu planning and drive initiatives to improve guest and employee satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, **or** a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage a team, train staff, and handle operational challenges.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards and local liquor laws.
