Restaurant Manager – Peacock Alley

About the role

As the Peacock Alley Restaurant Manager you will lead one of the signature dining outlets at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail, creating memorable experiences for every guest while ensuring smooth, profitable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, budgeting and policy enforcement.
• Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise, coach and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.
• Implement marketing, up‑selling and promotional initiatives to maximise food‑and‑beverage revenue.
• Lead recruitment, interview candidates and train new staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
