About the role

As the Restaurant Manager for the Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail, you will lead one of the hotel’s premier dining outlets, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, from service standards to financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities, maintaining high guest service and product quality.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and drive profitability through budgeting and effective pricing.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns and up‑selling techniques to increase food‑and‑beverage revenue.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of continuous development and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol‑service regulations.
