About the role

Rosewood Doha is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader for its Koo Madame outlet. You will be the primary point of contact for guests and associates, ensuring the brand promise is consistently delivered while fostering a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold the Rosewood brand standards.
• Resolve guest and associate complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain positive interactions and strong working relationships with both guests and team members.
• Ensure all associates understand and follow restaurant policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Support daily operations, including service flow, staffing, and quality control.
