Retail Leasing Specialist

About the role

The Retail Leasing Specialist will be responsible for attracting and securing retail tenants for commercial projects across Qatar. You will act as the primary point of contact for brands and retailers, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring optimal occupancy for the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Source and secure retail tenants for commercial projects.
• Conduct market research and rental benchmarking to inform pricing strategies.
• Negotiate lease terms and finalize agreements with retailers and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with marketing and property management teams to align leasing activities with overall project goals.
• Prepare leasing reports and provide regular occupancy updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑10 years of experience in retail leasing.
• Mandatory experience in retail leasing with a proven track record.
• Strong network with retailers and corporate clients in Qatar.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the Qatar retail real estate market.
