Retail Sales Assistant

About the role

The Sales Assistant will support the Toys 'R' Us store at AlSadd Mall by driving sales and delivering an excellent customer experience. You will engage shoppers, maintain a tidy store environment, and assist with operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales by greeting customers, presenting product information, and offering assistance throughout their visit.
• Maintain a clean, organized store, including fitting rooms and cash‑wrap areas, in line with store standards.
• Process transactions accurately, handle cash and gift cards, and ensure efficient checkout operations.
• Capture customer data for marketing purposes and follow up to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
• Support visual merchandising using CAD tools to create appealing product displays.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
