Retail Sales Associate – Customer Experience

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive sales through exceptional customer service. You will work on the shop floor, assisting shoppers, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring the store meets visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, follow visual merchandising guidelines, and manage stock layout.
• Handle POS transactions, process payments, issue receipts, refunds, and manage cash till balances.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Monitor store security and adhere to loss‑prevention policies.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

• Up‑to‑date product knowledge across all brand lines.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
• Strong focus on minimizing stock loss and maintaining confidentiality of sales data.
