Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to join the housekeeping team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha. In this position you will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are clean, well‑presented and ready for a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, changing linens and restocking amenities.
• Maintain the cleanliness of corridors, public areas and service zones.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
• Collect and remove dirty linens, trash and recyclables from rooms.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with housekeeping colleagues to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed while respecting guest privacy.

Required profile

• Previous cleaning experience; hotel experience is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and handle physical demands.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
