Room Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles & Fairmont Doha. In this role you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and personalized service, reflecting the elegance of both brands.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring all amenities are stocked and presented to luxury standards.
• Maintain public areas, corridors and facilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Report any maintenance issues or guest requests promptly to the appropriate department.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and a courteous, service‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals safely.
• Basic knowledge of hotel room inventory management.
