About the role
We are seeking a Safety Officer to ensure compliance with client objectives, policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, and to supervise health and safety aspects of our projects.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise overall health & safety aspects of the project.
- Review HSE plans, emergency preparedness plans and related documents.
- Provide health and safety support to clients, supervisors and employees.
- Implement the latest work zone traffic management guide.
- Conduct contractor appraisals by reviewing safety documents and systems.
- Define, implement and manage production of all H&S reports.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies, procedures and new work instructions.
Required profile
- Diploma in NEBOSH, OSHA or equivalent.
- Graduate IOSH / Tech IOSH membership.
- Certificate in temporary Traffic Management.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
Required skills
- NEBOSH certification.
- OSHA certification.
- IOSH membership.
- Temporary Traffic Management knowledge.
