Sales Associate – Retail Customer Service

About the role
The Sales Associate will represent the brand inside the store, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will ensure the store meets visual and operational standards while fostering a welcoming environment for shoppers.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is attractively displayed.
- Handle POS transactions, process payments, issue receipts, refunds and manage cash till balances.
- Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
- Adhere to loss‑prevention policies and store security procedures.
- Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.
Required profile
- Presentable, well‑groomed appearance at all times.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to suggest complementary items.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, overtime and during peak periods.
- Commitment to confidentiality of sales data.
