Sales Consultant - Immigration

About the role

Victoria Global is an immigration and education consultancy offering end-to-end services such as visa applications, resettlement documentation and migration strategies, including residential schemes, student visas and citizenship applications. It is hiring a Sales Consultant to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, in a full-time capacity, advising prospective clients on immigration and study-abroad options.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations, assess client needs and recommend suitable programs and visa pathways
• Present service offerings, prepare proposals and follow up with leads to turn inquiries into successful enrollments
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and coordinate with legal and processing teams
• Ensure timely communication throughout the application lifecycle
• Build relationships, contribute to client outreach and support service quality and client satisfaction

Required profile

• Relevant experience in immigration services, education consultancy or a related sales role is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or a related field preferred
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage multiple cases and keep documentation organized
• Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and a client-focused mindset

Required skills

• Sales consulting and customer service skills
• Clear spoken and written English; other languages are an advantage
• Familiarity with global immigration and student visa processes is an added asset
