Sales Consultant - Immigration & Overseas Consultancy

About the role

A growing immigration and overseas consultancy in Qatar is looking for a Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate has strong sales and communication skills, a customer-focused approach and an interest in helping clients explore immigration and overseas opportunities. Key responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from clients interested in immigration, visas and overseas opportunities.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable immigration or related services.
• Conduct consultations by call, meeting, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Follow up leads regularly and turn qualified prospects into clients.
• Explain immigration processes, service offerings, timelines and documentation requirements.
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients and coordinate with internal processing teams.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and generate new business through referrals and networking.
• Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, consultations and conversions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in immigration, visa consultancy, overseas education, travel, recruitment or a related industry.
• Experience in immigration/visa consultancy, Australian/Canadian/UK/US/European immigration, overseas education, travel and visa services, recruitment or high-value consultative sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, persuasion and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented, able to build long-term client relationships and work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.
