Sales Consultant – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

FGREALTY Dubai is seeking energetic Sales Consultants to drive off‑plan and secondary market property sales. The role offers high earning potential for candidates who can generate and manage their own buyer pipeline while representing the brokerage at key industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture a pipeline of buyer leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, social media, and assigned CRM leads.
• Qualify buyers, understand budgets and requirements, and match them with suitable properties.
• Represent FGREALTY at networking events, developer launches, and exhibitions.
• Post market and property content on personal and company social channels to build a personal brand.
• Maintain full transparency and accuracy in all client and developer dealings.

Required profile

• Valid RERA broker card or actively completing the qualification process, eligible to obtain one before brokerage activity.
• Existing buyer network or client base, even if small.
• Prior experience in real estate, sales, banking, hospitality, or another relationship‑driven field.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable with a commission‑based income structure, and resilient during slow periods.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with CRM‑based lead management.
• Based in Dubai and available to start immediately.
