Sales Executive – Hospitality

About the role

The Sales Executive will join Westin Hotels & Resorts in Doha, delivering exceptional sales support and guest service within the hospitality environment. You will act as the primary contact for guests and partners, using sales techniques to maximise revenue while fostering loyalty to the Marriott brand.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest calls, requests and problems, directing them to the appropriate department.
• Apply up‑selling and cross‑selling techniques to increase revenue and reward guest loyalty.
• Process reservations, changes, cancellations and Marriott Rewards redemptions via phone, fax or email.
• Enter and maintain Marriott Rewards information in the designated system.
• Perform general office duties for the Sales & Marketing team, including filing, emailing, typing and faxing.
• Support management in training and motivating staff, and uphold company policies and professional appearance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of relevant sales or guest‑service experience.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Marriott Rewards system.
