Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer‑focused Sales Executive to join our prestigious luxury retail showroom. The successful candidate will deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales performance, and uphold the highest standards of visual presentation and service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a tailored luxury shopping experience.
• Understand customer preferences and provide personalized product recommendations from our exclusive portfolio.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships through effective clienteling, follow‑ups, and after‑sales service.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and stay informed about market trends and brand updates.
• Ensure the showroom is immaculate and visually aligned with brand guidelines at all times.
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the organization and execution of in‑store events and promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in high‑end or luxury retail, preferably with internationally recognized luxury brands.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and build meaningful customer relationships.
• Highly presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
