Sales Export Manager

About the role

We are expanding our commercial presence across the Middle East and beyond, and our sales organization is at the heart of that growth. As a Sales Export Manager based in Mesaieed, you will shape and drive export sales across multiple markets, develop strategies, grow key accounts, and identify new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver export sales development plans based on past performance, company strategy, and market trends.
• Manage and control sales activities aligned with defined objectives and targets.
• Participate in major contract discussions and negotiations with key customers.
• Create new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and customer follow‑ups.
• Support key account relationships and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a bridge between sales, tendering, supply chain, and plant operations to ensure alignment on product availability, contract terms, and customer requirements.
• Provide structured weekly, monthly, and annual reports to management.
• Monitor competitors and market conditions, including pricing, products, and delivery schedules.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, offering solutions and recommendations.

Required profile

• A degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• More than 5 years of experience, preferably in the cables industry, utilities, or oil & gas sector.
• Advanced knowledge of Middle Eastern markets and their business landscape.
• Proven track record in sales development and closing opportunities.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong market awareness.
• Ability to work across global teams with excellent communication skills.
