Sales Leader – Buildings & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Leader to drive growth in our Buildings & Infrastructure business. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, promoting third‑party technical services and building strong client relationships across the sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Buildings & Infrastructure market.
• Promote the company’s portfolio of inspection, testing, certification and other technical services to existing and potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers and other key stakeholders.
• Generate leads, maintain a healthy sales pipeline and conduct client visits, presentations and meetings.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals, tenders and support contract negotiations.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate with internal technical and operational teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity records and regular reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales or business development experience in Buildings, Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering, Inspection or Testing.
• Good knowledge of third‑party inspection, testing, inspection and certification services.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and convert new business opportunities.
• Experience preparing commercial proposals, participating in tenders and supporting contract negotiations (preferred).
• Strong understanding of the Qatar Buildings & Infrastructure market.
