Sales Manager - Commercial & Infrastructure Projects (PMCC)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the Project Sales business for the Commercial & Infrastructure segment in Qatar. The role focuses on driving growth of Eaton’s PMCC product portfolio, building strong relationships with MEP contractors and panel builders, and delivering customer‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Project Sales business in Qatar for the Commercial & Infrastructure segment, ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with MEP contractors to generate RFQs for Eaton panel‑builders and coordinate with the panel‑builder sales team to close deals.
• Conduct monthly project review meetings with panel‑builder KAMs to define actions for ongoing and quoted project pipelines.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision‑makers, and end‑users, and pursue proactive customer visits to generate new opportunities.
• Develop account strategies, produce monthly performance reports, and foster team collaboration.
• Support other Eaton divisions through the “One Eaton” approach to create synergistic sales opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to the Marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience handling project‑based sales business.
• Strong knowledge of low‑voltage (LV) products and systems.
• Experience in the Qatar market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
