Sales Manager – Hotel Revenue & Business Development

About the role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive hotel revenue across rooms, meeting suites, and banquet facilities. You will work closely with the Director of Sales and a dedicated team to achieve occupancy, ADR, and F&B targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily sales activities and contribute to overall hotel revenue goals.
• Meet individual and team sales targets to maximize profitability.
• Implement sales plans to increase occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), food & beverage revenue, and banquet business.
• Prepare and review monthly sales reports to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local businesses.
• Identify potential clients through proactive sales calls, site inspections, and networking activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel or hospitality sales and marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the local business environment and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
