Sales Manager – Media Campaigns

About the role

Time Out is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead revenue‑generating activities across Doha and the wider GCC region. You will pitch, plan and deliver market‑leading media campaigns for commercial partners, driving growth for the Time Out brand.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and manage monthly revenue targets for Time Out Doha and other GCC territories.
• Pitch innovative media executions to a diverse client base, both in response to briefs and through proactive concept development.
• Build new revenue streams by establishing relationships with fresh partners and agencies.
• Maintain and grow a client portfolio, collaborating closely with PR and media agencies.
• Design monthly and seasonal offers, events, and activations to diversify commercial opportunities.
• Create compelling presentations for pitches and deliver accurate post‑campaign reports.
• Partner with the Group Commercial Director and Editorial Director to align campaigns with brand strategy and editorial standards.
• Stay attuned to local market trends using professional networks and social media.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, with at least five years of agency and direct‑client sales experience.
• Strong organisational and relationship‑building abilities.
• Deep understanding of media formats (digital, print, social, events) across the Time Out brand.
• Ability to work creatively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Degree‑level education or equivalent industry qualification.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
