About the role
The Scheduler will support an oil‑and‑gas shutdown project in Doha, ensuring that all activities are planned, tracked and coordinated effectively. This position is essential for keeping the project on schedule and delivering a safe, efficient shutdown.
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed project schedules for shutdown activities.
- Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and update as needed.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations and subcontractors to align timelines.
- Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation actions.
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in oil & gas or shutdown project environments.
- Proven experience in project scheduling and planning.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Required skills
- Scheduling and progress monitoring techniques.
- Project coordination and reporting.
