Science Teacher (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)

About the role

A school in Doha is looking for a Science Teacher to deliver interactive lessons on Biology, Chemistry and Physics. The teacher helps students develop critical thinking, run experiments and apply scientific concepts to real-world situations.

Key responsibilities

• Teach science using hands-on and inquiry-based methods
• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with international curriculum standards
• Run laboratory experiments and demonstrations
• Assess student progress and give constructive feedback
• Foster curiosity, critical thinking and scientific exploration
• Work with colleagues to develop and improve the science curriculum

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Education or a related field
• Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience teaching science at secondary level
• Strong knowledge of Biology, Chemistry and Physics
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Required skills

• Ability to conduct laboratory experiments
• Ability to integrate technology into lessons
