Seasonal Barista – Guest Service & Coffee Preparation

About the role

This seasonal barista role focuses on preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent guest service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.
• Greet guests, provide menu recommendations, and answer questions in a friendly, professional manner.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
• Ensure consistency in drink preparation by following recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, workstations, and seating areas.
• Stock and replenish coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a barista is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso drinks is a plus.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Punctual, reliable, and a team player.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items such as milk jugs and coffee bean bags.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
