About the role
Burjline Builders is looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to lead a team of security officers across its commercial facilities in Doha. The role ensures safe operations, compliance with security protocols, and effective response to incidents.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise security officers during assigned shifts.
- Monitor access control systems and CCTV operations.
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections of premises.
- Manage incident reporting, investigations, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to security procedures and standards.
- Coordinate emergency response activities.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the security industry.
- Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to attend client interviews before deployment.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Security‑related certifications preferred (e.g., First Aid).
- Valid Qatar driving licence.
