About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a semi-skilled operator in Doha to support production and logistics activities across the casting and container packing areas. The aim is to keep operations safe, efficient and continuous.
Key responsibilities
- Assist casting teams during the start and end of casting operations.
- Prepare containers for receiving finished goods, including positioning securing straps and wooden dunnage.
- Secure loads after loading using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Clean and prepare launder systems, the SIR system and casting tables according to operational requirements.
- Carry out all tasks in line with company procedures and HSE standards.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a production, manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
- Familiarity with casting operations, container packing or materials handling is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of HSE standards and safe working practices on an industrial site.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks in a shift-based environment.
- Available to join immediately.
