Senior Associate – Project Finance (Doha, Qatar)

About the role

Synergy Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Project Finance team in Doha. You will work on complex infrastructure transactions, supporting both client teams and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with transaction teams to support on‑the‑ground project development and liaise with off‑takers, lenders and client representatives.
• Analyse commercial and contractual implications of project financing structures.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, performing scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare reports, information memoranda, executive summaries and presentation decks.
• Engage with client teams to understand evolving requirements and adapt solutions accordingly.
• Conduct sector, geographic and competitor research to generate business‑development opportunities and assist in proposal preparation.

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in project finance, infrastructure advisory, or related financial institutions.
• Experience with international banks, developers, investors or funds is a strong asset.
• Demonstrated interest in infrastructure and renewable‑energy financing.
