Senior ATM Engineer – NCR Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ATM Engineer with extensive experience in NCR ATM operations. The role focuses on providing Level‑1 analysis, supporting operational projects, and ensuring the smooth deployment of software patches and releases across our ATM network.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Level‑1 analysis of ATM issues and raise tickets with NCR ATM software support based on findings.
• Support operational projects and address day‑to‑day operational issues.
• Deploy patches, development releases, and production fixes following SIT/UAT progress.
• Collect and share logs, incident findings, and support case details with NCR support teams.
• Complete assigned technical requests and assist in overall ATM network operations management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in NCR ATM operations or similar ATM engineering roles.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and ticket creation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with software support teams and internal project stakeholders.
