Senior Business Analyst (Bangkok, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs, helping to improve customer lifetime value through experimentation, modelling and insightful reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad campaigns, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and others.
• Analyse large data sets from experiments, build predictive models and collaborate with product teams on implementation road‑maps.
• Create and maintain dashboards that track performance, surface growth levers and support data‑based decision making.
• Prepare clear presentations and recommendations for stakeholders based on analytical insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 4+ years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or a strategy/business role at a fast‑growing global tech company.
