Marketing Specialist – Bangkok (relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join its Bangkok office. You will work on performance‑driven campaigns across search and social platforms, using data‑rich experiments to improve ROI and support global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver and other search engines.
• Test, analyze, and optimize display campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and additional social channels.
• Analyze experiment data, develop optimization models, and build dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science) from a top university.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 0‑2+ years experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations for a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong numerical reasoning and intellectual curiosity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with data‑analysis tools such as Python, SQL, SAS, R, SPSS, or VBA.
