Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join DXC Technology in Doha, Qatar. The role will support business and technology projects by gathering requirements, analysing processes, and delivering effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Document business processes, requirements, and proposed solutions.
• Identify gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare analytical reports.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Support solution design, testing and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide recommendations based on analysis and business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
