Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing payments business that serves the iGaming sector and plans to expand into broader financial services. As the commercial function scales, we need a Senior Business Development Manager to lead new partnership acquisition and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and close new commercial partnerships with iGaming operators and platform providers.
• Build and manage a pipeline of high‑value prospects across the payments and gaming ecosystem.
• Leverage an existing network of industry connections to generate warm opportunities from day one.
• Own commercial negotiations from the first conversation through to signed agreement.
• Represent the business at industry events, conferences and client meetings.
• Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to shape solutions around client needs.
• Report directly to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven business development or sales track record within iGaming, payments, platform or games‑studio environments.
• Established network of connections across the iGaming industry, including high‑risk operators.
• Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, relationship‑led selling approach.
• Willingness to pivot into or existing experience in a payments commercial role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment with direct founder exposure.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Qatar.
