Senior Consultant - AI Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant – AI Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and production rollout of advanced AI agent systems for enterprise use cases. The role collaborates closely with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to embed cutting‑edge generative AI capabilities into real‑world applications while ensuring responsible AI practices.

Key responsibilities

• Define technical approaches for AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and responsible AI practices.
• Lead design and architecture of multi‑agent workflows, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and vector database solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, OpenAI Agents SDK, and Google Agent‑to‑Agent.
• Mentor engineering teams on agentic AI patterns, observability, debugging, and human‑in‑the‑loop workflows.
• Architect solutions across cloud AI platforms including Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI, and OpenAI APIs.
• Establish cost‑optimization, latency management, and scaling strategies for LLM workloads.
• Implement evaluation frameworks, automated testing pipelines, and benchmarks for response quality and factual accuracy.
• Champion responsible AI safeguards, including safety, fairness, transparency, and compliance with emerging regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Arabic speaker.
• 8+ years of software engineering or architecture experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience building production LLM‑powered applications.
• Deep expertise in AI agent architectures and workflow design.
